Los Angeles Administrative Assistant, Los Angeles Research Assistant Job:

  • Summary:
    • Administrative Assistant (Research Assistant) needed 20-40 hrs/week at Century City Los Angeles (90067).
    • You should have a car for some rare local tasks.  Parking will be provided.
    • SAMPLE TASKS:  Paper Mail Handling, Internet Research, Market Research, Product Research, Web-Research, Data Collection, Spreadsheet/Database Management, data analysis, email processing, inbound call management (limited), outbound calls (9am to 2pm PST), call center skills, appointment setting, content creation for websites.
  • Requirements:
    • You should be very analytical, detail oriented, and very organized.
    • You should be hard-working, interested in learning new skills, friendly, and able to eventually work independently.
    • Medical Assistant certification is preferred but not required.
    • Medical Billing experience is highly preferred but is not required.
    • Being local to 90067 Los Angeles CA is preferrable (but not required).  Almost all of the work can be done remotely.

Administrative Assistant, Virtual Research Assistant, Research Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Administrative Support:

  • Summary:
    • Administrative Assistant (Research Assistant) needed atleast 20 hrs/week to 40 hrs/week.

    • CRM or Salesforce experience is highly preferrable but not required.

Radiology Technologist:  Tech with Dual X-ray/Ultrasound Licensure Needed in Los Angeles 

  • Archer Radiology is recruiting a technician that can fulfill multiple roles for a small outpatient imaging center in Century City. 
  • Due to the small size of the imaging center, we need a tech that can work with multiple modalities. 
  • X-ray license and Ultrasound license are both required to be considered for the position -- Please apply only if qualifications are met.
  • Important characteristics include someone that is hard-working and has good communication skills.
  • You should be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) (or eligible).  
  • Certification of Radiologic Technologist (CRT) from the State of California (or eligible)
  • Ultrasound training and ARDMS certificate (or eligible)
  • Work Experience:  1-2 years experience in radiologic technology preferred but not required.
  • Experience with CT, MRI, or PET would be useful if the future (but is not required).
  • Licenses for Venipuncture and CPR would be useful (but is not required).
  • Some aptitude for administrative support, sales/marketing would be very useful.

Radiology Credentialing Specialist (Payer Enrollment Specialist):

  • Job Summary:  We need help enrolling with 20-30 payers that include PPOs, Medical, HMOs, and IPAs.
  • We are searching for a credentialing service with atleast 5 years experience.
  • The job will involve contacting Payers (PPOs, Government Payers, HMOs, and IPAs) and enrolling to become a provider in their networks.
  • Being local to the 90067 (los angeles) area would be preferrable (but is not required) as most of the work can be done remotely.

  • Overview:  Assistance with post-processing of imaging studies.
  • Tasks would include:  extracting history from exam histories, labelling of images, and preparing images for review by the radiologist

  • We are looking for a radiology business manager (radiology practice manager).
  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversee and help with payer enrollment process.
    • Oversee and help with billing/collections (currently outsourced to a billing company).
    • Setup meetings with referring MDs within a 1 mile radius.
    • Help setup the new imaging site in Century City.
