Dear Referring Physicians:

Archer Radiology specializes in providing medical professional diagnostic imaging services to hospitals and clinics as well as state-of-the-art services in its own outpatient imaging centers.
To refer a patient to Archer Radiology, submit a referring physician form with your signature.
If you are scheduling an exam that requires a contrast injection, a recent creatinine may be required prior to the exam. For certain procedures, some insurance companies require pre-authorization.
To request a patient's medical records, submit a medical record request form with the patient's authorizing signature.

Archer Radiology provides you with real-time access to patients' images and reports to give you the fastest service possible.
You can obtain a user name and password from our front office.
